Google/Android TV

How to Update Philips TV via USB

Philips Roku TV
- Run a web browser on your PC and visit Roku’s USB Update website.
- Click on the Choose your TV brand drop-down menu and choose Philips from the list of Smar TV brands.
- Enter the Hardware ID and Serial Number of your Roku TV and click Next.
- Click Download Software to install the installer file.
- Now, connect an USB drive to your PC and move the downloaded installer file.
Note – Make sure the USB drive only has the installer file and that it should not be saved in any subfolder.
- Now, connect the USB drive to your Philips Roku TV and go to Settings.
- Select System and click System update.
- Choose I can’t connect so that your TV will scan for the USB drive.
- Once your TV recognizes the update file available on the USB drive, it will display a 12-digit code.
