Venu Sports, a venture of Warner Bros, Discovery, FOX, and ESPN, recently announced its pricing starts at $42.99 per month. According to sources, the service is expected to be rolled out before the start of the NFL season. They have also confirmed that the service will offer a 7-day free trial as a launch deal.
Venu Sports will offer thousands of live sporting events from all major professional leagues, including college conference games. It will stream games from the NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB, WNBA, NASCAR, Golf, Tennis, Soccer, etc.
Additionally, you can watch pre and post-match presentations and ESPN originals, such as series and documentaries. Furthermore, you can live stream 14 sports networks, including ESPN, ABC, FOX, TBS, TNT, ESPN2, ESPNU, SEC Network, ESPNEWS, ACC Network, FS1, FS2, Big Ten Network, and truTV.
Disney, Discovery, and Warner Bros are also planning to launch Venu as a bundle with Disney+, Hulu, and Max. The ad-supported plan will have the lowest price of $16.99 per month, and the ad-free plan will cost $29.99 per month.
Despite the compelling price tag, Venu Sports still has to overcome many obstacles, including regulatory approval.
