How to Add Contacts to Favorites on WhatsApp
You can add a contact to the favorites tab in several ways.
From Chats Tab: Long press the chat and click the Menu (three-dots) option at the top. Select the Add to Favorites option from the list.
On iPhone, swipe the contact name from right to left, choose the Menu option, and then select Add to Favorites.
From Calls Tab: Click Add to Favourites and choose your desired contacts from the list.
From Settings: Select Settings and tap on Favorites. Click Add favorite and choose your favorite contacts.
From Contact Info Page: Open the required chat, tap on their Profile name, and scroll down to choose Add to favorites.
How to Manage Favorites on WhatsApp
Open WhatsApp on your smartphone and go to Favorites from the Chats tab. Here, you can view the list of all contacts that you have marked as favorites. Click on Manage Favorites to manage the contacts. Here, you can add, delete, and reorder the contacts at your convenience.
- Select Add favorite to add more contacts to favorites.
- To reorder the contact, press and hold the double-line icon next to the contact name and move it to the desired location.
- To delete the contact, tap the Bin icon. On iPhone, tap the red-colored minus (–) icon in front of the contact name and select Delete.
