How to Setup Out of Office for Gmail on iPhone
1. Launch the Gmail app on your iPhone and tap the Hamburger icon.
2. Select Settings and choose the Gmail account you need to enable the out of office feature.
3. Scroll down and select the Out of Office AutoReply feature.
4. Now, enable the feature by toggling the button.
5. Customize the first day, last day, subject, and message you want to send as an auto-reply.
6. Finally, tap the Save button to enable the feature to your account.
How to Setup Out of Office for Outlook on iPhone
1. Open the Outlook app on your iPhone and hit the Menu button.
2. Select Settings from the left corner and choose your mail account.
3. Tap on Automatic Replies and enable the feature.
4. Now, type the message you need to send via auto-reply and tap the Tick icon on the top right to enable the feature.
How to Setup Out of Office for Apple Mail App
1. Open Settings on your iPhone and select Apple ID.
2. Find iCloud and open iCloud Mail.

Is it Possible to Turn on Out of Office for Text Messages on iPhone?
Yes. However, there is no direct setting to enable out of office setting for text messages. You need to customize the Driving mode to send auto-reply messages.
Go to Settings → Focus → Driving → Auto-reply → customize the message.
After customizing the message, turn on the Driving Focus mode. Now, the person will get an automatic reply if they send you a text message. To get out of the driving mode, swipe up the screen from the bottom and choose I’m Not Driving.
